I could cry

This is a good thing, not bad. Before we went to China, I sent a care package and included 2 disposable cameras along with a letter translated into Chinese asking the SWI to take pictures for me to share with Jess when she's older. When we got Jess, the nannies gave me the cameras back. I mistakenly put them into our checked luggage rather than our carry on and when I realized this in Guangzhou was so afraid that they would be erased. I put them into the lead bag in Mike's carry on and said a prayer that they were okay. When we got home, we dropped all of our film off at Walmart (for those who know me, I carry 2 cameras - 1 digital and 1 35MM) including the 2 disposables. We just got them back today and I now have 48 pictures of my daughter's life before I came into it! I am so thankful that they were not ruined and that the nannies took the time to give me this precious gift. One of the pics was of Jess, Bea and another child eating in the lunchroom. I scanned that and sent it to Bea's mom. I'll post some pics when I get a minute to scan them.

That is GREAT that you were able to get the pictures back- as well as a wonderful thing that the Nannies did for you and your family. Post some of them when you get a chance! I would love to see them!
